Nancy Sherman | | Office space to share in small suite. This is a two room space (front area for reception or secretarial (approx. 60 square ft.) and the main office is 160 sq. ft. Windows open and close. You control heat/air. Janitorial and utilities as well as use of the reception area and kitchenette are included. There is one parking space that comes with the office. There are visitor spaces in the lot and plenty of street parking. We are located behind the Arlington Courthouse in the Chamber of Commerce building. Just a block and one-half away from the Courthouse Metro.
There is also one other office (160 sq. ft.) that comes with the same amenities. It rents for $900/mo.
